This past week, 5 undergraduate students from the GIS lab presented in the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity Conference on campus. Each student presented their research methodology and findings to multiple different judges. David Hughes presented on the Recycled Material Web Map: Connecting Producers to Consumers. Aaron Vandermus presented a poster on the Long-Term Environmental Monitoring Web Portal. Arianna Martin-Rodriguez presented the work done on the Link-Link Table: A GIS-Based Functional Merge between Two Roadway Systems to Enhance Safety Standards. Tanner Carr presented his work done on Transferring Legacy Crash Data to an Enterprise GIS-Based Roadway Management System. Rachel Robinson (Not Pictured) presented research done on the GeoGIS project. We would like to thank URCA for letting us present our GIS research this year.
